DOES HOMEMADE VEGETABLE SOUP HAVE A LOT OF CALORIES ? - homemade ham soup calories

I had a pot of vegetable soup.

Box Dice chopped tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, corn, potatoes and ham. seasoned with garlic, salt and pepper and salt

Is it thick? or is it something that would be great to eat to reduce my intake of calories () instead of food

Thanks

75 grams carbohydrates is a lot that you should consume each day. Most of the calories should come from fat, especially if you want to lose weight. Your body knows the difference and eat too many carbohydrates causes the fatty tissue as an endocrine gland, large amounts of the hormone leptin, which shows starving slowly to produce and act in the hypothalamus gland. Thus, the "plateau" and not be able to lose weight, even reducing the consumption of additional calories. Carbohydrates are quick energy, energy and volatile fats are sustainable and lasting. They are not hungry to eat more fat and keep your body's metabolism by the books and you will come to a much healthier and more sustainable too.

This is not what would the food that you think. They make billions on the topic. A good book to read "Eat Fat Burn Fat" by Sally Fallon and Mary G. Enig, Ph.D.

Good luck

No, you do not need many calories. Diced ham probably more calories per oz But even this is not serious.

Better yet, calories from fat is probably much less than 25% of total calories.
