Can any hospital employee get tuition reimbursement for RN programs? - your hospital has just received a reimbursement
I am currently in the field of economy and my company will pay only for business degrees. Can I get a job at a hospital in the business side of things and not always reimbursed for the classes on the AI?

Yes, I did the same for a long time (I worked in billing at a hospital, while) they paid for my school. I will warn that a high (and you must 3.0s) letter of acceptance to your program of choice and if you do not pay as quickly as possible. Most hospitals will do anything for you to become a nurse, so worth a try!
