I went on antibiotics for a sore throat yesterday, and when I woke up this morning, my sore throat is worse than last week and I have no white patches on the tonsils and tongue and tonsils are much larger than they were yesterday. How long does it take to work to antibiotics? Is this to be a lot worse before better?
