I had to remove my plica knee surgery and clean my cartilage April 11, now 14, I had physical therapy to regain movement. How long should I be on crutches? How long will it be able to run? Nd to return to playing football, or 100 percent less suffering if I ever do in that.its frustrating, nothing, and I was disappointed with my first day of Physical Therapy. Please help me? "

Don, t so hard to return to itself - a bit of time to the things as normal. Each operation is traumatic to the body and needs time to heal. Everyone is always disappointed with the first day of treatment, but it will improve. Just follow the instructions in the PT and not overdo it, or the starting point. Take some time to better heal 100%. Six weeks from now you'll wonder where the time goes by. Good luck

EDIT: PT, my daughter has learned to exercise every time a commercial came on TV - that the title was the rest between exercises, but still a lot of movement. Remember that your football coach probably been said many times before no pain, no gain!

expensive,
Physical therapy is painful for a few days, but U must be happy to see the success, or may also anti-inflammatory tablets before have physical therapy sessions, and try ice packs or cryotherapy during the meeting, U may need to edit on crutches for 3 weeks to go .. Good luck. Details www.spectrumphysio.info
